Hmmmm... Where Do We Start?

Ok... I've got to get this 3,000-word "report" on change management to be done up in about two months. What topic do I choose? My entire Divison/Department is a change agent, and everything we do is all about change anyway (yes, very many in the Group really hate us... but not like I really care!). Adely's Lesson in Change Management #1 - "Don't Give A Hoot If People Hate You!"... just kidding.

Anyway I think I'll look at the "overall big picture" of what my Division/Department does - and what it's trying to change for the entire Group in the long run, rather than the more focused and detailed change activities that have an immediate impact with quickly-visible outcomes. It'd be far more interesting I guess.... let's see....
